Registration and Abstract Submission
Registration: Registration should be done through to coordinator for each countries. If you wish to present a poster to A3, please contact to the coordinators.
Registration fee: We will ask the registration fee (10,000 JPY cash) for all people including invited speakers at the registration desk when you get the name card and abstract. The registration fee icludes the conference costs (venue, abstracts etc.), and banquet. The registration fee does not include lunch and accomodation. Coffee breaks are supported by sponsers.
Abstracts: One page free format of abstract in English will be asked by
September 10th.
The abstracts should be sent directly to upload server". The ID and password is sent the participant by e-mail. this meeting has a capacity of people (40 people per each country including the 15 invited speakers) because of keeping the cost minimum. Please ask avairability to each coordinators before submitting the abstracts.
If we do not get the abstract by October 7th, your abstracts will not be printed. Please confirm that your name and title is on the program on upload server". Thank you for your understanding.
