Prof. Kentaro Sato has a new permanent position at Sendai National College of Technology as an assistant professor from 2013.4.1. Although he is a visiting scientists of Tohoku University, we have had a farewell party for him on March 21st, 2013, at Hinano, Sendai. I hope that Sato-san will continue the nice works.
