第１８回江崎玲於奈賞を齋藤が受賞(2021.11.10)

2021年11月10日に、一般財団法人茨城県科学技術振興財団より東北大学に電話があり、
第１８回江崎玲於奈賞に、齋藤理一郎の受賞が決定いたしましたと、ご連絡をいただきました。
受賞対象となった研究主題は、

『カーボンナノチューブの電子状態と共鳴ラマン分光の理論』 でございます。

江崎玲於奈賞は、ナノテクノロジー分野において顕著な研究業績を挙げた者を顕彰する賞 でございます。
今回の受賞を大変光栄に思います。

お声をかけて下さってご推薦いただいた東北大学に感謝申し上げます。
また、FNTG学会、(公財)新世代研究所、日本物理学会などを通じて
長年に渡りご議論をいただいた研究者の皆様に感謝申し上げます。

授賞式（来年を予定）が行われましたあと詳細に報告申し上げます。

R. Saito won the 18th Leo Esaki Prize

On Nov. 10th, 2021, The Science and Technology Promotion Foundation of Ibaraki has announced
that Riichiro Saito has recieved the Leo Esaki Prize.

The Leo Esaki Prize is the prize that recognizes those who have made
outstanding research achievements in the field of nanotechnology.
Winners will be awarded a prize of 10 million yen.

Saito sincerely acknowledges Tohoku University that recommended him to the prize
. Saito acknowledges many scientific collaborators in the world for 30 years
and FNTG society, ATI, NT conferences for giving him many opportunity of discussion.
