The unofficial HP GNU Emacs is available via anonymous FTP:
/me10.lbl.gov:pub/interex/HUGE/ /ee.utah.edu:HUGE/ (PLEASE FTP DURING NON-WORK HOURS!!!)
and takes about 35 megabytes of disk space to build. It is useful for non-HP machines, but some of the added features will only work under HP-UX.
You will need to get patches to work with HP-UX 8.0 or on 700 series machines via e-mail from Darryl Okahata <darrylo@sr.hp.com>.
