texi2dvi
The texi2dvi command is a shell script that automatically runs
both tex and texindex as needed to produce a DVI file
with up-to-date, sorted indices. It simplifies the
tex---texindex---tex sequence described in the
previous section.
The syntax for texi2dvi is like this (where `%' is the
shell prompt):
% texi2dvi filename...
