ispell が時々ローカルな辞書を無視するのですが, 原因は?

ispell のバージョンを 2.0.02 へアップグレードしてください. (まだベータ・テスト版ですが 3.0 へアップグレードしてもよいでしょう.) パッチは anonymous FTP で入手できます (archive.cis.ohio-state.edu:/pub/gnu/ispell/patch2.Z).

このとき ispell.el の 

  (defconst ispell-version "2.0.01") ; Check against output of "ispell -v".

という行を 

  (defconst ispell-version "2.0.02") ; Check against output of "ispell -v".

と変更する必要があります.
