Registration and Abstract Submission

Each country has an organizer (see below). Invited speakers (15 people / country) are selected by each country. Each organizer and invited speakers can select few poster presentations (up to 25 posters / country). See detail for registation section for abstract submission.

Poster Panel size

Width 90cm x height = 160cm. If you use A0 (841 x 1189mm) vertically, it fits nicely. Please confirm that the height is longer than the width.

Transportation

We have a direct international flight to Sendai airport. See the ACESS page for more information.

Weather

Typical Weather in the end of October is fine and 15C (day) 5C (night).

Welcome Reception

Welcome reception will be held on 18:00 Oct. 28th at Kitamon Kaikan. (In front of the north gate). The Kitamon Kaikan will open from 17:00 (It is usually closed on Sunday.)

Banquet and Tour

Banquet will be held on Oct. 30th. Tour will be planed on Nov. 1st.
