Selection method
Each country can have 300 min for all speakers including the QA. Senior members who attend several times should be in Senior class. Young class should be selected from young generation considering gender.
- Active class 20min+5minQA 5 people total 125min from 35-60 years old
- Senior class 17min+3minQA 5 people total 100min from 50-85 years old
- Young class 12min+3minQA 5 people total 75min from 25-40 years old
