For your making a plan, the following information will be helpful.
There are several Web pages for reservation of hotels which should be
the most inexpensive way to reserve. They do not generally request
the card information of the deposit.
Accomodation
We show you a list of reasonable hotels as below.
- Since the reservation by the web
is easy, we will ask you the
reservation by yourself by Sept. 15th. If you
have difficulty or any request, we
will reserve for you.
- The price is not the same for
English Web site and Japanese web
site. Like the airplane tickets, the
price is increasing if the remaining
room number becomes small. The best
rate can be avairable reservation at
4 weeks before.
- Check-in date should be
Oct. 28th and Check-out date should
Nov. 1st or 2nd (if you attend any
